What we collect

We collect what you give us through this site, plus basic technical data that every website receives.

Beta signup form: your name, email, organization (optional), role and operating system. We also generate a personal beta key for you and record when you registered.
Beta key checks: when EnSol Pro starts, it contacts our server to check your beta key. We receive the key, the app version, a device identifier and your IP address, and we record when the key was last checked.
Contact and support forms: your name, email, organization (optional), the type of request, your operating system and EnSol Pro version if you enter them, and your message.
Email: anything you send to contact@ensolpro.com or support@ensolpro.com, including attachments such as screenshots or project files.
Technical data: our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

To give you access to the EnSol Pro beta and send beta updates.
To issue and check beta keys, and to end or revoke access when the beta closes or a key is misused.
To answer your questions and help with problems.
To understand who uses EnSol Pro and improve the software.
To keep the site secure.

We do not sell your personal data.

Services that process your data

We rely on these providers to run the site and the beta. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.

Cloudflare: hosts the website, stores beta registrations and the installer file, and manages our domain.
Formspree: receives what you submit in our forms and passes it to our email.
Google Workspace: provides our email, where form submissions and messages arrive.
Google Fonts: supplies the typefaces on this site, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
WhatsApp: runs the EnSol Pro WhatsApp Community. If you join, other members can see your name and phone number as WhatsApp's rules describe.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. After you sign up, your browser stores a small note in local storage so the downloads page opens for you. It contains no personal details, and you can remove it any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Where your data is processed

Some of the services above operate outside Saudi Arabia, so your data may be processed in other countries. We aim to handle personal data in line with applicable data protection law, including Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while the beta runs and for as long as we need them to support you and contact you about EnSol Pro. Beta keys stop working when the beta ends. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you updates. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Email contact@ensolpro.com and tell us what you want. We will reply as soon as we can.

Children

EnSol Pro is professional software, and this site is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
